🐾 **MEET LOLA… aka LoLo, aka The Queen, aka Chunk’s Biggest Hater** 👑😂

We’ve met Chunk. We’ve met Chloe. Now it’s time to meet the woman who has been silently judging this entire operation from underneath a blanket.

**Meet Lola.** ❤️

Like our other pups, Lola is a rescue. She’s now 5 years old and is the perfect combination of **incredibly sweet and completely over everyone’s nonsense.**

Lola’s hobbies include:

🍗 Eating
😴 Sleeping
❤️ Snuggling
🪵 Chewing sticks
🕳️ Digging holes
🚗 Riding in the car or truck
🛏️ Being completely covered by a blanket
📢 And yelling at Chunk for the unforgivable crime of…**existing.**

Chunk walks by? Lola has something to say.

Chunk looks at her? Unacceptable.

Chunk breathes a little too loudly in her general direction?

**“SIR. I HAVE HAD ENOUGH.”** 😂

Every once in a while Lola gets a wild hair and decides she actually wants to play with Chloe and Chunk. Everyone gets excited…

…and then about five minutes later she remembers who she is and returns to her natural habitat: **on top of one of her humans, under a blanket, where no one is allowed to bother her.**

Unless someone is getting food.

Then she is available immediately. 😂

Of our three pups, Lola is also our official **car/truck riding dog.** 🚗🐾 If somebody is going somewhere, Lola would like it noted that she is packed, ready and absolutely did not hear you say she wasn’t invited.

And then there’s the biggest mystery of all:

**What exactly IS Lola?** 🤷‍♀️😂

We don’t know.

Nobody else knows.

And we’re fairly certain **Lola doesn’t know either.**

Every year this dog somehow looks a little different. Just when we think we have her figured out, a new feature seems to appear and we’re left wondering if there is **possibly another entire dog hiding in there.**

At this point, her breed is officially:

**50% Sweetheart
25% Sass
15% Blanket Burrito
10% Unidentified Woodland Creature**

And we wouldn’t change a thing about her. ❤️

Lola is our sweet, sassy, stick-chewing, hole-digging, road-tripping little mystery mutt, and our family wouldn’t be the same without her.

Then somebody walks into a gorgeous kitchen with a giant island…and suddenly we’re all reconsidering our priorities. 😂

When you’re waiting to hear whether your offer was accepted, just know—your Realtor is probably checking their phone every 30 seconds too! 😂📱🏡

We may stay calm and professional on the outside, but behind the scenes, we’re analyzing every detail, communicating with the other agent, watching deadlines, and hoping for that exciting “Your offer was accepted!” phone call right alongside you.

A good Realtor doesn’t simply write your offer and walk away. We become invested in your journey, your goals, and the home you’ve already started imagining as your own. Your excitement becomes our excitement, your nerves become our nerves, and when you win—we celebrate with you!
