I love words, quotes, sayings, writings.
The inspiring ones, the funny, the cheesy, and the empowering, ones.
If we've ever met, after talking for a minute you've probably realized this. Heck, I even have words tattooed in three places on me.
One of the favorite pieces I have hanging in my house reminds me that:
"A house is not made of bricks and beams. A home is made of hopes and dreams."
The guy who wrote this gets it.
When I find a house for a couple who are retiring, or the grandfather moving closer to his family, or the couple coming from out of state to be closer to their college kids (all current clients) I'm not just selling them a piece of property. I'm selling them a place where memories will be made, where fresh starts will be had, where dreams can be explored, where they'll find comfort and hopefully joy. A place to make their own.
A place that will always be part of their story.
And that my friends, is truly what being a real estate agent is all about.
