Good morning! Shannon here popping in to say happy first day of Pride Month!

BRFP is dedicated to, and invested in, fair housing and we will continue to work toward an even playing field for all when it comes to housing.

Nobody should feel alienated or disrespected for who they are when it comes to their interactions in the real estate process (or by any real estate professional) and this is the law. It is everyone’s responsibility to help uphold that law, and we take this seriously as well.

This is not optional, it is a requirement of NAR for folks who want to enjoy the benefits of membership in our professional organization.

Hey hey, and happy Saturday!

Shannon here, and this is the time of year for Saturday morning Farmers Markets and dog walks and coffee on the porch with a sweater on, and I love it!

Just wanted to put this sweetie on your radar. Elkton! It is such a quaint town, rural but close to all things Harrisonburg. Art, great restaurants, shopping, and near 81 for any jaunts north or south.

Elkton also serves as a hub for hikers doing the Appalachian Trail! Such a beautiful area.

We even visited the new Bucees when we were up there setting the sign. Have you been? It's its own planet! Whoa!

This is a truly lovely offering. Brand new, and really spacious and workable layout. Lovely finishes, and really feels larger than it is.

Each Saturday, May through October, meet your volunteer guide outside the Smith Center for History and Art at 10 am for a two-hour, educational stroll through historic districts.
