🏆 ELEVEN-TIME TRIPLE CROWN WINNER! 🏆

We are incredibly proud to share that the Greater Augusta Association of REALTORS® was recognized with the RPAC Triple Crown Award at last week’s Virginia Realtors® Convention!

This marks the 11th time GAAR has earned this honor!

In 2025, our members:
⭐ Doubled our Major Investor goal
⭐ Reached an impressive 45% participation rate
⭐ Surpassed our fundraising goal by an additional $4,000

This recognition belongs to our members. Your participation and support made this achievement possible, and we are so proud to see Greater Augusta recognized at the state level.

Eleven times and still raising the bar! 👏🏆

Learning, Connecting, and Growing as Leaders!

GAAR President-Elect, Jill Argenbright, and Association Executive, Jessica Hensley traveled to Chicago for the National Association of REALTORS® Leadership Summit and L.E.A.D. course.

They’re excited to bring what they’ve learned back to Greater Augusta and put those ideas into action as they continue working to strengthen the Association and better support its members.

A big thank you to NAR for investing in REALTOR® association leadership and providing opportunities like this to learn from leaders and associations across the country.

Jessica and Jill are coming home inspired, energized, and ready to get to work! 💙

A lot of valuable information shared with GAAR on Tuesday!

A big thank you to Ryan Leonard with Virginia Realtors for joining us to present 2026 New Laws & Social Media Advertising. Ryan provided our members with important information about changes affecting REALTORS® and their businesses, along with guidance on navigating social media advertising.

Thank you to all of our GAAR members who attended and took the time to stay informed. Continuing education and staying current on changes within our industry are important parts of serving our clients and communities well.

And judging by the feedback we received, this class made an impression! We couldn’t resist sharing one member’s takeaway below.

Thank you, Ryan, for a great presentation, and thank you to everyone who joined us!

Great leaders never stop learning.

Last week, our Association Executive, Jessica Hensley, attended the Virginia Realtors® Association Executive Peer-to-Peer Meeting hosted by Williamsburg Realtors®. The conference brought together Association Executives from across the Commonwealth to share ideas, discuss best practices, and strengthen leadership skills that support local associations and their members.

GAAR is committed to bringing back new ideas and innovative solutions that enhance the value of membership and strengthen the services we provide to our REALTORS®.

Thank you to Virginia REALTORS® and Williamsburg REALTORS® for hosting a valuable and collaborative event!
