Wilson Fauber is a native of Staunton and has lived in Staunton and Augusta County, Virginia, his entire life. At age ten, Wilson began working in his father’s shoe repair shop every afternoon after school every Saturday and worked six days a week throughout each summer. Needless to say, Wilson developed a solid work ethic at an early age as well as learning the importance of customer satisfaction and how to run a successful business. This foundation led to Wilson designing and owning one of the largest boot and shoe stores in the state of Virginia, overseeing nearly twenty employees.
With a keen interest in real estate, Wilson Fauber began his real estate career in 1980 in a prominent real estate company in Staunton. He was successful in the very first year, even though it was a very depressed market with double-digit interest rates! Wilson continued his real estate training and obtained his Virginia Real Estate Brokers License in 1984. Wilson opened his own real estate brokerage firm, Regal Real Estate, in 1994. With his dedication, passion, and commitment to total client satisfaction, Wilson’s real estate business continued to grow and grow and grow. He became the area’s top listing and top-selling agent and held that ranking for many years.
Today Regal Real Estate of Virginia LLC has reorganized and is a smaller real estate company, a family business. The Fauber’s no longer manage real estate sales associates, giving the Fauber’s ample time for personal service to their clients. Regal Real Estate is now the husband and wife team of Anita and Wilson Fauber. Anita has been involved in the couple’s real estate business for many years.
