✨Huge congratulations to my Buyers on the closing of this beautiful home! ✨We definitely hit some speed bumps with this one, none being the home, Seller, Buyer’s fault. This one deserves its own book! But short summary, changed lenders, Appraiser messed up homes value by over $30k just with a simple typo, some conditions to close, that weren’t actual conditions at all. 🤪 🏡 🔑

These guys jumped in with their feet hitting the ground running- and I mean running, and still made this close in UNDER 20 DAYS even with a few challenges outside of our control. This little home should have its own book. Sometimes I never understand the why’s and this home has been that. When we listed this beautiful home months ago, I felt confident with everything it offered. Nice size home, good location, shows beautifully. Honest down falls, it has a crappy driveway situation, and it’s on a creek which was loved by some, and disliked by others. Months of showings, not kidding when I say we had probably over 100 showings- nothing was happening. Sellers, (seriously the best people) needed a change, and needed this sold. We marketed super aggressively, got into a multiple offer situation! Took an A, B, and C. Offer A withdrew just a day later, offer B withdrew 5 days later and offer C went under contract on another property NONE BEING THE HOMES FAULT…. So we sat. Not much action- bam, showings picked up again. Talks of offers, then nothing. A pretty quiet week for this property, and its showings, and we get a last minute showing request, and bam, we are pending.
Is it hard to get hopes up after all we’ve gone through with this property? Yes! Do we feel that it’s finally gotta be our time, and excited for these new Buyers? YES! If yall could please do me a favor and send us some good closing vibes, I know some sweet Sellers that would appreciate it, and their Agent would too! 🤪😉🤗
