Part-Time or Full-Time Maintenance Technician
We’re looking for a reliable, hands‑on Maintenance Tech to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, works well independently, and takes pride in keeping properties in great shape.
🕒 Hours: 15–20 per week (flexible schedule)
💵 Pay: $20–$25/hr DOE for Part-Time or $25-$35/hr DOE plus benefits for Full-Time
📍 Location: Steamboat Springs
Responsibilities include:
• Landscaping & snow removal
• Exterior building maintenance
• Light electrical & plumbing (or coordinating with pros)
• Light carpentry, drywall repair & painting
• Responding to tenant maintenance requests
• Computer work for documenting tasks
We’re looking for someone who:
• Is dependable and self‑motivated
• Communicates professionally
• Has general maintenance experience
• Can problem‑solve and work independently
• Enjoys a flexible, supportive work environment
