I want to give a huge thank you to the community for nominating and choosing me as a winner for 20 under 40! This is an immense honor and came very unexpectedly. Growing up in Steamboat I read these articles every year and looked up to all of you so much thinking, “Maybe one day if I’m lucky”. Never in my wildest dreams could I have imagined it happening at this age. I’ve kept my head down for many years and have rarely looked up to smell the roses. This is the first time in my life where I could look back and think this road was worth it. However, I know this is only the beginning of a career and many more long hours. The balloon rodeo is back!!!
This Saturday and Sunday starting at 6:45am look up to the sky to watch them fly. Also Saturday evening at 8pm head down to Steamboat base area to see the balloons firing for an evening glow. Hope to see you all there!

I love my furry family just as much as the next person. This summer keep in mind as temps rise so does the ground we walk on. It’s easy to forget with our feet being covered that our pets are feeling the full heat under their paws! If it’s to hot for us, it is for them as well.
