Pretty special to see The Alibi featured in Cowboy State Daily today. ❤️

This is one of those listings that means so much more to me than simply putting a property and business on the market.

I’ve known Ethan and Kerri for nearly 40 years. We went to the University of Wyoming together, and I’ve had the privilege of watching them take a Laramie landmark and turn it into something truly extraordinary. What started as the old Alibi Bar and Package Liquor has evolved into the wood-fired pizzeria, bakery, bar and gathering place that so many people know and love today.

As I told Cowboy State Daily, “This isn’t just real estate for me, this is family and friendship and legacy.”

And that really is how I feel.

The Alibi has been part of Laramie since 1953, part of countless UW memories, and eventually even caught the attention of Guy Fieri and Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. But what makes this place special isn’t the national attention. It’s Ethan and Kerri, their incredible amount of hard work, and all the people who have walked through those doors over the years.

I’m incredibly honored that Ethan and Kerri trusted me to represent them in finding the next owner of The Alibi. My hope is that we find someone who sees not only the tremendous business opportunity here, but also understands just how special this Laramie institution is.

The Alibi has been part of Laramie for more than 40 years, and it’s one of those places that holds a lot of memories for a lot of people. I’m incredibly grateful to Ethan and Kerri for trusting me with the opportunity to represent them and this very special Laramie business.

This is so much more than a building or a restaurant. It’s a thriving business, a gathering place, a piece of downtown Laramie history and an incredible opportunity for the right next owner.

And yes… it’s pretty fun to list a place that Guy Fieri and Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives have visited! 😊
