An update from Eddyline: flooring, tile, cabinetry, and countertop samples — can all be viewed in person at the NextHome Mountain Properties office on Lincoln Ave.

Behind-the-scenes work to make this product come to life has been in progress for over a year now. It isn't easy to deliver quality new construction builds and finishes at this price point these days, and this local family of builders has been laser focused on doing just that.

The aspens are turning!

Fall in Steamboat Springs is very special. Trails are quieter, temperatures are milder, and golden Aspens on Buffalo Pass and Rabbit Ears are a scene to behold.

This is my absolute time of year. Seedhouse Road up past Clark is one of my favorite drives in the fall — take it slow, roll the windows down, and let the color do the talking.

The real magic is hiking deep into the golden leaves, under a blue bird sky.

Quick progress update from Eddyline: Building 1 construction is projected to run from now into late 2026/early 2027. Units in that first building are being completed one at a time, which is a deliberate, careful pace for a first phase.

Buildings 2 and 3 are expected to follow through 2027, with the larger riverfront units planned as a later phase.
