Sunny Zivanovic, Steamboat Sotheby’s International Realty

We were very fortunate to find such a great place to raise our kids. We fell in love with community, mountains and the most importantly , PEOPLE. I have a passion for a healthy life style, different sports, traveling and making people happy. My degree in Information Systems Management provided me with deep knowledge and understanding of marketing plans, business strategies, finances, management and PEOPLE. For the last 12 years I have been managing and serving people on a daily basis. My success was based on fulfilling THEIR needs, which rewarded me with numerous returning customers. Since 2005, I was involved in many real estate transactions as a buyer, seller and investor. This provided me extensive knowledge of many aspects of real estate market and ignited my interest in real estate career. It also thought me how important it is, to hire a real estate professional who understands the market and who will put your interests as their priority. Buying or selling real estate is your journey, and my goal is your happiness. I pride myself on maintaining a strong work ethic, honesty, competitive spirit, but most importantly, highest level of customer service. Give me a call and you won't be sorry!
