A few years ago, I helped them buy this home, and since then they completely transformed it. They put so much thought and hard work into modernizing the space, improving functionality, and making it feel like home in every sense of the word.

Congratulations to my Dad on this sale & these buyers on their new Ocean Shores getaway! This is surely bittersweet as we’ve had many family memories here, but my mom would be so happy to see this amazing family in this house. In true Filipino style, they brought the whole family and some delicious food & dessert! We are so thankful this home is going to them.

Life has looked a little different around here lately with Josh’s care, but real estate? It’s been moving right along, and I am so grateful.

One of the things I love most about this career is that so much of it can be done from home - answering calls, responding to messages, negotiating, strategizing. I haven’t stepped away, but reprioritizing and definitely leaning on others for help.

I’ve leaned on some incredible colleagues to cover in-person appointments and help pull listings together, and I won’t pretend that was easy to ask for, but it was worth every bit of humility. My clients have been in wonderful hands, and closings like this one are proof of that.
