This one was especially rewarding. A few months ago, we were under contract on a different home when the seller unexpectedly backed out after all contingencies had been removed. It was frustrating, and while we had grounds to pursue legal action, my buyers chose to recover their inspection costs and move forward instead.

I’m so glad they did.

They found an even better home, the timing worked out exactly as it should have, and this week they officially got the keys to their first home together. Sometimes the right house just takes a little longer to find.
