Welcome to Florida 🌴
The accuracy 😅
North Florida?
Low-key Southern. Oak trees, backroads, and people saying “y’all” like you never left Georgia. Slow pace… until someone flies past you doing 90 like it’s nothing.
Central Florida?
Theme parks, traffic, and pure confusion. 🎢 One minute you’re behind a minivan full of tourists… next minute it’s a rental car missing its exit for the third time. “Just one more mile” turns into a whole journey.
Tampa side?
Water views, bridges, and drivers who either go 40… or 100. No in-between. You’re vibing—then suddenly braking like:“Wait… why are we stopping??” 😭
South Florida?
A completely different planet. 🌴🔥 Miami energy, fast lanes, faster people, and traffic laws that feel more like… suggestions. Blinkers? Rare. Confidence? Unlimited.
Small-town Florida?
Gas stations, bait shops, and conversations that last longer than your entire trip. You stopped for a drink… now you know three people’s life stories.
Suburban Florida?
Publix runs, school traffic, and parking lots that turn into battlegrounds at 5PM. Somehow… everyone got there at the same time.
The Everglades?
Quiet… too quiet. 🐊 Long stretches of road, nothing but sawgrass, and the feeling something is definitely watching you. (Because it is.)
The coast?
Beaches, salt air, and humidity that hits you like a wall the second you step outside. It’s perfect… until a random storm rolls in like:“Yeah, we’re doing rain now.” 🌧️
The Keys?
Vacation mode permanently activated. 🌅 Long bridges, ocean on both sides, and absolutely no rushing—because there’s nowhere to rush to anyway.
And then Florida weather?
A full-time personality. Sunshine, thunder, rain, and heat… sometimes all at once. One side of the road is dry… the other is in a storm.
And no matter where you are in Florida…
there’s always a moment where you stop and think:
“Yeah… this place is different.” 🌴😅
