Overjoyed doesn’t even begin to describe how I feel seeing the news that ROY’S is officially breaking ground to rebuild! ❤️

After Hurricane Helene, I have personally watched this family walk through what I can only imagine have been some of the hardest days of their lives. And through it all, I’ve watched them persevere with so much strength, diligence, humility, and grace.

They didn’t just lose a restaurant. ROY’S has been part of the heart of Steinhatchee for generations; a place where memories were made, families gathered, visitors became friends, and so many of us have our own stories tied to those tables and that river view.

I am so incredibly proud to call this family my friends, and I could not be happier for them. Seeing them take this step forward after everything they’ve been through is something truly special. Steinhatchee has been waiting for this comeback! ❤️

And you better believe I’m already looking forward to sitting back up there overlooking the river for Martini Mondays 🍸😂 … and, just like everybody else, GET ME BACK TO THAT SALAD BAR! 🥗🙌

✨ SOLD — and this one is definitely bittersweet. 🧡🌴🏡

Some closings are about more than handing over the keys, and 115 SW 279th Ave in Jena Jubilee is one of those for me.

I’ve had the privilege of working with the sellers for years, and this beautiful waterfront home holds a special place in my heart because it was actually one of the very first vacation rentals I ever managed. To think about where that journey started and where my business is today makes this closing feel a little extra special.
