One of the best parts after a day on the water? Fresh scallops on the half shell! Here’s my go-to recipe that’s always a crowd favorite.

✨ My Favorite Scallops on the Half Shell

🧈 Butter
🐚 Fresh scallop on the half shell
🧂 Your favorite seasoning (I love Old Bay & Kenner’s Cowboy Butter seasoning!)
🥓 Bacon bits
🌶️ Slice of fresh jalapeño
🧀 Shredded cheese

Place them on the grill or under the oven broiler until the cheese is melted and bubbly—just the way you like it. That’s it…simple, fresh, and absolutely delicious!
