1st Annual Neighborhood Fall Food Drive and Pumpkin Picking.

We are excited to announce a wonderful community event organized by one of our own residents, Thomas Fitzgerald, a local real estate agent. On Saturday, October 21st, 2023 at 111 Cheltenham Drive, Stephens City, VA in the pool parking lot from 10am-4pm, we invite you to join us for the 1st Annual Neighborhood Fall Food Drive and Pumpkin Picking. This event aims to support local food banks and offers an opportunity for neighbors to celebrate the season.

Donate at least two non-perishable food items and receive a free pumpkin for your generosity! If you haven’t bought a pumpkin yet or the one you have is starting to get mushy, you have a chance to have a fresh pumpkin just in time for Halloween!

Just got the word the Air Quality has improved enough to open the pool.

6/29/23-Due to the Air Quality Status the pool will be in a delayed opening status. If the Air Quality improves later today the pool may open back up. If the pool opens back up it will be announced.

Recently the ARC committee has been getting a lot of applications for solar panels, from the Solar Company doing the install. As a reminder ARC applications are required to be submitted by the homeowner with signatures from your neighbors, and not from the Solar Companies. If you need any assistance please contact the On-site office.

Due to the poor air quality, the community pool is now closed (6/8/23). The situation will be re-evaluated tomorrow.
