Today, I’m especially thankful to be spending the day with MY GUYS!🤠 Kason is roping at the Ultimate Calf Roping right here in Stephenville, Texas, and there’s nowhere else I’d rather be than cheering him on and making memories with my family!

Hey guys! It's JJ!
Buying a house without a Realtor looks a lot like me climbing the DOWN escalator in my new reel. Lots of effort, a little sweat, and somehow I'm right back at the bottom. 😅
The right side is what it feels like when somebody's got your back.
Inspections, repair requests, an appraisal that comes in low, a title issue nobody saw coming, the lender who goes quiet on a Friday afternoon... somebody has to stay on top of all of it. I've been that somebody in Erath County since 2001.
Can you buy a house on your own? Sure. I'm not gonna stop you. But the ride's a whole lot smoother on the escalator that's going the right direction.
