The time has come! A long time in the making, and the time for the market is here! We played a huge part in this “flip”. This house was a complete gut rejuvenation. We worked with the developer to bring this formerly three bedroom ranch into its beautiful new four bedroom form! Open house this weekend! Enjoy it while you can because this one won’t stick around! Today the guys from Bricked by MGM installed cascading granite front steps to complete new front entry. We were brought in for this project to correct mistakes on the new entry bump out from another company and were tasked with dropping the rough framed floor to proper height, adding proper flashing and weather proofing, finishing all aspects of the interior, and exterior. Glad we were able to wrap this project up for these homeowners. Stay tuned for more to come!

It’s been a busy season to say the least! We have lots of projects to catch up on posting but we just completed this project in Leominster for a long standing client. We designed this project and had Bricked by MGM, LLC complete all of the hardscape work and site work and Paved By MGM complete the driveway. This project is a brand new build and features a permeable parking pad and front walkway to help with storm water management!

As the week comes to a close, as we wash the trucks, clean the shop, wash the floors, and have our recap meeting; I have to say this was a week for the books! So proud of the people the keep this well oiled machine running, the crews that give 110% every week, and an office staff that makes sure the machine is fed with a constant flow of designs, builds, and installs!
