Meet Your New Property Manager: Keyshona Frick

Hello Country Lane residents!

My name is Keyshona Frick, and I’m pleased to serve as your Property Manager here at Country Lane Apartments. With more than five years of property management experience in the Quad Cities region, I’m dedicated to supporting residents and maintaining a community that feels welcoming, comfortable, and well cared for.

I’m originally from Georgia and moved to the Midwest in 2014 after spending time in Las Vegas. I consider myself a people-person at heart — warm, approachable, and always willing to help. I believe that strong communities are built through kindness, clear communication, and genuine care for residents.

I look forward to getting to know each of you and being a supportive resource for your home here at Country Lane.
