A Year of Real Estate. A Lifetime of Local Roots. š¤
Iām celebrating one year of serving Northeast Colorado through real estate! š”
What a year it has been. When I began this journey, I knew I wanted to help people navigate one of the biggest decisions of their livesābut I couldnāt have imagined how many incredible people, families, stories, and opportunities would become part of my journey.
As a Northeast Colorado native, it means so much to me to serve the community Iāve always called home. Whether Iām helping buyers find the perfect place to put down roots, helping sellers move into their next chapter, or simply being a resource for someone with questions about the market, Iām incredibly grateful for every opportunity to serve.
One of the things Iāve found to be incredibly valuable throughout this first year is my background in design and hands-on construction knowledge. Having experience with construction, floor plans, materials, and design allows me to look at a property from a different perspective. Iām able to see beyond whatās immediately in front of us and help clients recognize a homeās potential, understand projects and possibilities, and make more informed decisions along the way.
Real estate is about so much more than buying and selling a property. Itās about understanding the home itselfāand Iām grateful that my experience has given me another set of tools to bring to the table for my clients.
Iām also incredibly thankful for my brokerage and team at Town Square Realty. I truly couldnāt ask for a more supportive group of gals! š¤ Their encouragement, knowledge, teamwork, and willingness to cheer each other on have made this first year even more special. Iām so thankful to be surrounded by women who support, challenge, and celebrate one another.
This past year has brought growth, learning, new relationships, and so many moments that have reminded me why I love what I do.
