Duties include:

· Snow removal and lawncare

· Painting and drywall repair

· General repairs including but not limited to plumbing, carpentry, electrical, flooring, doors and windows, etc

· Cleaning and turning apartment units

· Assistance with delivering materials to new construction units

· Completing service tickets

Qualifications:

· Organized

· Attention to detail

· Valid drivers license

· Reliable

· Time management skills
