Another one sold! This one is near and dear to my heart. I have been riding and working with horses since I was a little girl, and I own my own hobby farm with horses right on site, so I know exactly what makes a property like this so special. The indoor riding arena and insulated barn are going to make for an amazing first winter in my buyers’ new home. I couldn't be happier for their dream to finally come true!

If you are thinking about buying or selling an equestrian property, I would love to help. It makes a real difference to have an agent who understands the barn, the footing, the fencing, and the way a horse property actually works. Message me or call 715-498-0933.

If you're thinking about selling, here's one thing I'd want you to know before anything else: the price you list at matters more than almost anything else you do.

Buyers pay the most attention to a home in its first couple of weeks on the market. That's when the showings are strongest and the phone rings. Price it a little too high hoping to leave room to negotiate, and many buyers simply scroll past. Then the listing sits, and buyers start wondering what's wrong with it. Often the price ends up dropping to where it should have started, and you've lost weeks.

A price built on recent comparable sales, plus an honest look at your home's condition, usually brings the right buyers through the door while they're paying attention.

Curious what your home, farm, or acreage might be worth in today's central Wisconsin market? Message me or call 715-498-0933. No pressure, just straight talk.

Double the deal, double the joy! 🎉 I had the absolute pleasure of first selling one partner's home AND then helping them both purchase their new one. Talk about a full circle moment! Watching these amazing buyers turn the page and step into this exciting new chapter of their lives is exactly why I love what I do. Thank you for trusting me with both sides of your journey. Last night, two of my buyers went under contract within an hour of each other. One is buying their very first home. The other is moving forward after I helped them sell their first place not long ago.

Different milestones, different needs, same amount of care. That's something I take seriously in this work: no matter how many clients I'm juggling at once, each one deserves to feel like they're the only person I'm working for. That's the standard I hold myself to, every time.

If you're thinking about buying or selling, I'd love to help you get there too, whether it's your first home or your fifth.

Big shoutout to my right-hand helper today! My daughter tagged along in her HomePoint gear while we knocked out a full list of showings, and tonight we’re wrapping up the day writing an offer for a client I’m so excited for.

Days like this remind me why I love this job. It’s never just about the transaction. It’s about walking alongside people through one of the biggest decisions they’ll make, showing up prepared, staying on top of every detail, and genuinely caring how it turns out for them. Whether you’re buying your first home or selling one you’ve loved for years, I’d be honored to be the agent in your corner.

If you or someone you know is thinking about a move, I’m just a call or message away. 715-498-0933
