This first photo was the inspiration for a project I had been collaborating on with my nephew the architect. Unfortunately it was one of those that never went to completion. The inspiration photo came from who had posted the cutest baguette shop in Paris. The colors of that shop were the inspiration for that space. We were able to finish the design of this awkward space and were working toward furniture, fixtures and materials with the next mood board as inspiration before the project went dead. As we often hear….next! Time to move on. It will always be a fond memory for me.

Helping a client visualize their spacing using this process: 1) a basic floor plan to 2) space planning to 3)adding accessories, and then 4) showing it in color and finally giving them the actual 5) 3d perspective.

Integrating a home office into a guest bedroom provides you that “work from home” space. Having this little alcove makes it work without feeling too cramped. Inexpensive furniture from Wayfair, Amazon and IKEA doesn’t break the bank; stenciling the wall brings interest and warmth to heavily textured walls.

Finally after some delay, I was able to get this commercial employee bathroom finished! The construction team for this bathroom finished it a little over a week! They did an amazing job! And the employees who use it love it!!
