This is my 30th work anniversary this month and I am making the most of it. Closing out this week with three settlement and totally $15,919,900 year to date in settlements. I have at least 5 more settlements this month to close and others pending a total of $5,240,000. The fed might be messing with the interest rate, but this should NOT stop you from buying and selling. I have been doing this for 30 years and real estate is still the best investment you can make. The interest can be written off on your taxes. Another one of my listings went under contract today.
