We have our winter project lined up! We’ll get the exterior updated and cleaned up this summer then work on the interior this winter. This will be a huge improvement!!

New house who dis’ ?!?!?

Ok, so same house but with a ton of updates!!! This week we focused on the exterior and getting the landscape cleaned up. We added shutters, rail road ties for landscape, mulch, leveled out the yard, tore down the old shed and added a parking area to the back since there is alleyway access.

I think it made such a difference!!!!

Up next, paint the shed and the stairs in front and plant some new grass.

Love how this one is coming along so far!

The day is finally here!!!

Our BWW home is now officially on the market ready for another family to enjoy!

We all love this house and how it turned out. Scott and I kept saying to each other throughout the project that we love doing this and so glad we took the leap and started our business! How great is it that we get to work with each other!

Anyways, back to business 😉

We’ve been prepping the BWW house to be put on the market and I can’t believe how different it looks!!!! I love a good before and after, helps to see how far you’ve come.

Throwing around some design ideas for finishes in the BWW house.
-chestnut flooring all throughout
-creamy off white painted kitchen cabinets
-matt gold hardware for kitchen cabinets
-white backsplash
-either concrete countertops or the marble looking laminate in the photo

Want to keep it light and bright since there is such nice natural light in this house.
