Another Unsellable House Project........ First time investors struggled to complete their project. They actually tried to sell the uncompleted project but without success. They hired us where we completed the project and staged the place for sale.

First showing produced a full-price offer for the owners that was almost 35K over their last list price prior to our intervention.
