🏡 Unfortunately, not every property is listed on the open market.

In this particular case, a buyer came to me with a 1031 exchange, and we were able to identify an off-market parcel and get it under contract the very same day! 🎯🤝

This is one of the advantages of working with a land agent who has a vast network of buyers and sellers. 🌾🚜 Having the right connections can provide access to opportunities that may never reach the public market.
