Part two of this same-day twofer!

Just one hour after closing on their Aloysius Dr. home, Steve & Tracy closed on their next chapter — a stunning mid-century modern just a few miles north on Tanglewood Circle. Talk about a whirlwind (and wonderful) day!

This home is Steve & Tracy through and through — private, surrounded by beautiful mature trees, and centered around a gorgeous pool that's just begging to host unforgettable gatherings. I have a feeling this backyard is about to become the go-to spot for parties, celebrations, and plenty of good company.

Stillwater is so glad these two are staying local, and honestly, so am I. Watching my dear friends step into this exciting new retirement chapter means the world to me.

This one sold fast, and it's easy to see why.

Steve & Tracy poured so much love and care into this home, keeping it truly immaculate — and it showed. All those special touches made it stand out the moment it hit the market, and it didn't stay there long.

This sale marks the start of an exciting new chapter for two dear friends of mine. Steve & Tracy have been wonderful, involved members of the Red Rose Valley community for years — active in the HOA, and the kind of neighbors everyone hopes to have. They'll be deeply missed there, but the good news? They're not going far.

I'm so grateful I got to help them sell this beautiful home quickly and smoothly, timing it perfectly with their next move. Coordinating this transaction to close on the very same day as their new home purchase went seamlessly, and I couldn't be happier with how it all came together.

Another bittersweet one for me.

This closing means the world to Devon & Jacqueline as they settle into their beautiful new home in OKC — but it also closes a really special chapter here in Stillwater.

I met Devon years ago when he first moved here from California to work at Oklahoma State University. Since then, I've watched him marry his wonderful wife Jacqueline, welcome two beautiful little boys, and build a home full of love on Virginia St. — with baby #3 on the way in just a few months! 👶💙

Stillwater will miss this sweet family, and I certainly will too. But I couldn't be happier for them as they settle into life in OKC, with Devon starting his new role at Mercy Hospital.

Devon & Jacqueline — thank you for trusting me not once, but three times on this journey. Watching your family grow has been one of the true joys of this job. Wishing you endless happiness, an easy delivery, and so much love in your new home. 🎉
