Some clients leave a lasting impression, and Susan & Paul are two of them.
One thing I’ll never forget is hearing Susan say while we were touring homes, “I can’t believe we’ve finally reached the point in our lives to make a home like this ours.” They talked about how hard they had worked over the years to get to this point, and those are the moments that remind me why I love what I do.
Their dream was simple: acreage, privacy, and a peaceful place to enjoy retirement. We looked at several properties, wrote offers on a few, and trusted that the right one would come along.
In the end, their dream evolved. They traded the private lake for something that fit them even better—a beautiful 40-acre property with a pond, a private gun range, a fenced apple orchard, and an additional garage with plenty of room for all of Paul’s toys.
Sometimes the perfect home isn’t exactly what you set out looking for—it’s even better.
