I am a local Minnesota realtor that helps people buy and sell real estate in Hugo and the surrounding areas. I have been selling real estate for almost 20 years and currently live in Eastern Hugo.
Homeowner's work with me when they looking to get the most out of the sale of their property, in the shortest amount of time, with the least amount of inconvenience. Homeowners call me when they are trying to figure out what are the most important updates they can do to their property prior to putting the home on the market. We work together to figure out targeted upgrades for the home that can be done prior to listing the property and I recommend contractors that can help them in the process. Is this the right time to sell? We work together to find out when is the best time to put your property on the market based on the current market conditions. Once the upgrades are completed, I then help homeowners determine what is the highest attainable price for the property in the current market and how we can go about selling for top dollar.
Every situation is different and I regularly communicate with homeowners on how to plan a strategy for getting their home sold. I am flexible to work with homeowners to create a plan that works with your situation, not mine, so that we can work together to get your home sold. Whether your goals are a quick sale, highest price and net proceeds or least hassle, we can figure out a plan to achieve these goals. I am not interested in a quick sale but a lifelong customer that will recommend my services in the future. I thoroughly investigate pricing by looking at past sales and the current inventory to determine the highest sale price possible. This takes work, by previewing active properties and knowing the current inventory. Anyone can sell a house fast but getting top dollar is a thorough process that involves market knowledge and legwork.
