🌿 Indigenous Peoples’ Day 🌿

Today, we honor and celebrate the cultures, traditions, histories, and contributions of Indigenous peoples - past, present, and future.

It’s a day to recognize the rich and diverse communities who have been caring for and contributing to this land for generations, while taking time to learn, listen, and appreciate the stories and traditions that continue to shape our communities today. ❤️

May we celebrate Indigenous voices, honor Indigenous heritage, and continue learning from the generations who came before us.

Wishing everyone a meaningful Indigenous Peoples’ Day.🌎💚

💚World Mental Health Day💚

Today is a reminder that mental health matters, at every age and every stage of life.

Sometimes taking care of yourself means talking to someone, getting outside for some fresh air, spending time with people who make you smile, or simply giving yourself permission to slow down. 🌿☀️

Let’s remember to check in on ourselves and check in on each other. A simple “How are you doing?” can mean more than we realize. 💚

Today and every day, let’s create a community where everyone feels supported, valued, and never alone.

Your mental health matters. 💚
