Looking for a real estate agent who actually knows area?

There’s a big difference between knowing what a listing says about an area and knowing how that area actually lives.

Growing up here gives you context you can’t pull from a search.

You notice how neighborhoods change, which pockets people tend to overlook, what matters more in a local home than buyers might expect, and the details that can completely change how someone feels about a property once they’re actually there.

That perspective shapes the advice I give every day. I’m not just looking at what’s available.

I’m thinking about how a home fits into the bigger picture of living here and what deserves a closer look before you make a decision.

You can learn plenty about a place online. Knowing the area firsthand fills in the parts the listing can’t tell you.

If you’re thinking about making a move, send me a message and tell me what you’re looking for.

The side of being a realtor that you don’t see 🤫

A closing photo, a successful post, or a home that sells quickly can make the outcome look simple from the outside, but there’s usually a lot more happening behind it.

There are late nights, extra calls, prep that started weeks earlier, conversations that had to happen at exactly the right time, and plenty of small decisions that never make it onto social media but still shape the result.

That’s the part of the job people rarely see, and honestly, it’s a huge part of what makes the wins mean so much.

The highlight is only the final frame. Most of the work happened long before it.

Selling a home in the area? Good marketing should create momentum.

A strong launch is about more than putting a listing online and hoping the right buyer finds it.

The goal is to make sure the home shows up in the right places, reaches the right people, and gives buyers a reason to pay attention from the start.

Then comes the part that matters just as much: watching how the market responds and knowing what that response is telling you.

That’s where a marketing plan becomes a strategy instead of a checklist.

If you’re thinking about selling and want to see how I’d market your home, send me a message.

Psssst... interest rates aren’t the whole story. 👀

Somewhere along the way, interest rates became the main character in every homebuying conversation.

They matter, of course.

But obsessing over one number can distract you from the question that actually matters: does buying a home right now make sense for your finances, your plans, and the life you’re trying to build?

A rate can tell you part of the cost.

It can’t tell you whether you’ve outgrown your current space, how long you plan to stay, what opportunities exist in your local market, or whether the monthly payment fits comfortably into your real life.

That’s why I’d rather help you evaluate the whole decision than wait around for one magical number to give you permission.

If you want to run your actual numbers, send me a message and I’ll connect you with a lender who can walk you through them.

I’m Taylor, Stillwater local and real estate agent.

If you live in the area, you already know some of the best investments make absolutely no sense until you’ve lived here. 😂

There’s a certain point where getting your daily coffee, coordinating the best tee-time, planning your errands around local traffic and having a strong opinion about the best restaurants in town just become part of being a local.

The longer you live here, the more these things stop feeling ridiculous and start feeling completely necessary.

Send this to a friend in the area who needs this info so they can plan accordingly. 👀

What does a first-time homebuyer actually need from a real estate agent? 📚

Real estate school taught me how the process is supposed to work.

Real clients taught me what it feels like when that process is attached to someone’s savings, timeline, nerves, and hopes for what comes next.

You can study contracts and deadlines all day, but experience is what teaches you when someone needs more context before they can make a decision, when a question is really fear in disguise, or when the smartest thing you can do is slow the whole process down for a minute.

That part of the job can’t really be memorized.

You learn it by sitting across from people who trust you with something deeply personal and realizing that knowing the rules is only the beginning.

The longer I do this, the more I understand that expertise isn’t just knowing what comes next. It’s knowing how to help someone move through it with clarity and confidence.

If you’re buying your first home and want someone who’ll make sure you understand the process as you go, send me a message, I’m here to help you Taylor.

Getting your home seen in takes more than pretty photos.

The #1 way I get eyes on your listing is by getting it in front of people who were not even searching yet.

Because your buyer might not be sitting on the MLS refreshing new listings, they might be scrolling after work, sending a video to their partner, or realizing your home is exactly what they did not know they were looking for.

That is why I think about the marketing before the sign goes in the yard.

If you’re thinking about selling your home, send me a message. I’d love to talk through a marketing plan that gets your home seen.
