Today, weโre celebrating an incredible milestoneโ12 ๐บ๐ฆ๐ข๐ณ๐ด ๐ฐ๐ง ๐ญ๐ฆ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฆ๐ณ๐ด๐ฉ๐ช๐ฑ, ๐ฅ๐ฆ๐ฅ๐ช๐ค๐ข๐ต๐ช๐ฐ๐ฏ, ๐ข๐ฏ๐ฅ ๐ช๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ข๐ค๐ต ๐ข๐ต ๐๐ถ๐ฎ๐ฎ๐ช๐ต ๐๐ข๐ฏ๐ข๐จ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ฆ๐ฏ๐ต!
As our President, Jaime plays a vital role in making everything happen behind the scenes, ensuring our communities, teams, and residents continue to thrive. Her passion, commitment, and unwavering support have helped shape Summit into what it is today, and we are so grateful for everything she does.

My favorite memories have been being a part of all the projects our teams have overcome and accomplished together. The most rewarding moments, however, have always been celebrating life's special milestones alongside our team membersโfrom babies and weddings to promotions. One of my favorite celebrations was Emil and Fern's 50th wedding anniversary. Being able to share in those moments is truly special.

One fun fact about me is that I'm a grandma! My grandma name is Mimi, and it's a title I wear very proudly. Being a grandmother is one of the greatest blessings in my life and brings so much joy to our family.
