These two met in college on the East Coast and eventually made their way back to George’s hometown of Stillwater. I so loved working with them—and love that they found me online!

Congrats to John on the purchase of his new home — back in his hometown of Bayport! 🏡❤️

This one came together through a little bit of timing, a lot of connection, and some creative thinking.

The sellers had reached out to me to start making a plan to sell their home, and shortly after, John reached out to me looking to buy in Bayport. I realized their needs might be a perfect match, made the connection, and we were able to put together a deal that worked beautifully for everyone — without the home ever needing to hit the market.

The sellers were also able to continue renting the home while they searched for and closed on their next house, giving them the time and flexibility they needed.

Becky, watching you decide what you want and then make it happen has been so fun. You’re such a strong woman, and I admire your vision, determination, and the way you build the life you want instead of waiting for it to happen.

I already know this place will be filled with unforgettable memories for all of us!! Sunset paddleboard sessions, lazy afternoons on the pontoon, morning swims, evenings in the hot tub overlooking the lake, and so much quality family time together.

More than anything, this is a home she’ll cherish for years to come, and one her kids will always love coming home to.
