I’m selling my own condo in the 620 Bldg…it will be on the market next week. Serious inquiries are welcomed! If it doesn’t sell quickly, I’ll look for another renter for a minimum 6-month lease, fully furnished, $2k/month + Xcel, Xfinity included. Available after Nov 15th.
