It seems like everyone's got an app for everything now, so we get it if you're skeptical.

But we've been running these systems such as OfferWriter for Real Estate, ShowingAgent, Automated Client Reviews, Real-Time Transaction Details, Weekly Transaction Emails, One-Click Price and Status Changes, Utility Notifications, Point of Sale Requirements and more, for YEARS.

Now it's all compiled (with many improvements along the way ;-) ) into the app that runs our Professionals' business.

At this month's Agent Mastery Meeting, we discussed the latest Twin Cities Market Statistics and what that means for our clients. Here's a few of the trends we're seeing and what we're keeping an eye on 🤓

👉We generally see a small jump in closed units between July and August; this year there was a 10% decline (only -1.5% from last August) – trend to keep an eye on

👉Similar to closed sales, pending sales were down month over month, but are still up 1.1% over August 2025.

👉Showing activity continued dipping, consistent with seasonal patterns but down 11.4% from last year – trend to watch

👉Days on market increased consistent with seasonal patterns

SPAAR is pleased to recognize Tony Khambata as its RPAC Investor of the Month for September 2026. Tony has built his career as a Realtor® around a genuine passion for homes and an unwavering commitment to client service for the past 14 years. That same dedication extends well beyond his transactions and into the Realtor® community itself.

Tony has been an RPAC investor since 2018. Over the years, Tony has given generously of his time and, in addition to his financial contributions, he’s served on SPAAR's Government Affairs Committee, including a term as Chair, as well as on SPAAR's Board of Directors.

A recent example of his advocacy on behalf of the Realtor® community came this summer when he spoke on behalf of SPAAR before the Lakeville City Council to oppose the city's proposed development moratorium, standing up for the interests of Realtors® and homeowners alike.

Between his consistent RPAC investment and his hands-on volunteer leadership, Tony exemplifies what it means to advocate for the profession.
