Customer Satisfaction and efficiency are our highest priorities which we are able to accomplish with our cooperative business model. Cheryl is our broker/owner & specialized listing agent. Her focus is on getting your house ready for sale, listed, and sold in the most proficient and effective manner. Kristin is an agent exclusively working with home buyers. Functioning from the buyer’s outlook, she acts on behalf of the transaction. James Causley is our land/commercial specialist who also helps residential home buyers. James' goal is to provide a smooth real estate transaction process. Austin is a licensed transaction coordinator & property manager. His specific attention to the details of the process allows Cheryl, Kristin, and James the time to be out doing what they do best. Mary is an agent and our licensed office assistant.
