James' goal is to provide a smooth real estate transaction process. Austin is a licensed transaction coordinator & property manager. His specific attention to the details of the process allows Cheryl, Kristin, and James the time to be out doing what they do best. Mary is an agent and our licensed office assistant. Homes.com's midyear outlook suggests the housing market is showing more resilience than many expected, with economists pointing to growing buyer confidence and improving market conditions as reasons for cautious optimism in the second half of 2026.

🏦 Mortgage rates are expected to remain in the 6% range through the end of 2026, but buyers and sellers appear to be growing more comfortable with higher borrowing costs.
