🏚️👻 Just another day in real estate… or the beginning of a horror movie? 😳

With Halloween right around the corner, I thought I'd share one of the creepiest things I've encountered while touring homes with clients.

Yes, this is an actual photo I took in the basement of a home during a showing. 😬

I've been in hundreds of homes over the years, but this one definitely ranks among the most unsettling!

Let's just say… not every home tour is filled with beautiful kitchens and dreamy primary suites. Sometimes you find yourself wondering if you should call a home inspector or a paranormal investigator. 😂

🎃 Would YOU have continued exploring this basement, or would you have headed straight for the front door?
