During today’s inspection, we noticed a slight gas odor near the fireplace. At first it seemed minor, but after further evaluation, we confirmed there was an active gas leak.

The sellers mentioned that a contractor had been out just yesterday and told them there wasn’t a problem. Thankfully, we took the time to investigate further and were able to identify the issue.

Glad we could help protect both the buyers and sellers by catching a potentially serious safety concern. 🏠🔍
