We wrapped up Maintenance Appreciation Week with food, laughs, prizes, and a few very well-earned awards! 🛠️💙

🏆 Dontae – The Golden Plunger Award: Our longtime maintenance pro who can fix just about anything, teaches others along the way, and may occasionally recommend a vendor “for practice.” 😂 Residents love him, we depend on him, and yes… his football opinions remain questionable.

🔎 Greg – The Abbey Detective Award: Nothing gets past Greg! If there’s litter, illegal dumping, or mysterious activity around the property, he somehow always finds the culprit. Basically, our groundskeeper has a side career in investigations. 🕵🏾‍♂️

🗑️ Terrance – The Golden Dumpster Award: Our newer team member who jumped right in to the chaos, works hard, keeps things moving, and has quickly become an important part of the crew.

So grateful for our guys that keep everything running behind the scenes every single day. Maintenance Appreciation Week may be over, but the appreciation definitely isn’t. 💙🔧🏡

We treated the guys to a nacho bar, a little fun, and some well-deserved appreciation for everything they do to keep our community running every single day.

Behind every work order, clean community, emergency call, repair, and “Can you take a quick look at this?” 😂 is a maintenance team working hard behind the scenes.

A huge THANK YOU to Dontae, Terrance, and Gregory for everything they do for our residents and our community each day. From repairs and emergencies to keeping our grounds looking great, these guys stay BUSY — and we appreciate them more than they know! 💙
