No matter how impossible, unattainable, or unimaginable something may seem; if it’s meant to be it will.

I’m reminded everyday how home ownership changes lives and I just want to personally congratulate our client on getting his offer accepted and thank my colleague for doing what he does best and that’s being of service to our clients. It’s always a privilege to work with VA buyers and our client, an older by age but young in spirit man, who’s stories cross the globe, has now given us an incredible opportunity to be part of his journey towards homeownership.

This years I’m skipping New Year’s resolution. There will be no check boxes to mark off, no guilt trips when I fail, and no waiting til next year to try again. I’m entering into my self awareness era. Instead I’ll be guided by principles when making decisions and reflecting on events. This is my declaration to myself to be honest without judgement about what makes me happy and not what “should make me happy.” I dub 2023 my year of discovery.

This one was mixed with all the emotions. My clients closed on this home last week but it’s taken me a few days to get over the roller coaster of a transaction this was.

After all the back and forth between agents, loan obstacles and an extended escrow, I was able to call my client and let her know we closed. I’m so lucky to have a client that trusted me and grateful for the lender Nathaniel Rutkoski who together, worked relentlessly to help our deserving client goals come true.

In just a few days the sellers will have moved out and I get the privilege of passing the keys. This was meant to be. 🤗 🏡 🔑
