Emergence of concessions:

Sellers have been in the driver’s seat for years, so they haven’t been in the habit of giving credits to buyers or offering concessions, but this year could be different as buyers presumably gain more power. Sellers are going to have to get used to the idea that they won’t have multiple offers on every deal and they might have to offer credits, make repairs, etc… to get escrows closed.
