For parents with toddlers who are showing signs, it’s extremely important to identify early on so that you give your kids the help they need to develop. If you’re unsure, educate yourself and seek help. There’s a huge community of parents who would love to assist.

Happy 40th Anniversary to my parents! They decided to celebrate their special day back in Vietnam with family and friends. Luckily my sister and her family will be there to represent. I’m truly blessed to have such amazing parents who’ve taught me family values and what hard work looks like. Check out the dope photoshoot pictures! I love you Mom and Dad!

My parents celebrated their 39th anniversary on Valentine’s Day. They weren’t perfect, but they are loving and gave us everything we needed growing up. Sure, we didn’t have all the cool toys, new clothes to start the school year, or even money for vacations and extracurricular activities.

What we did have was food on the table and a roof over our heads. That’s more than what a lot of people have, especially people back in their home country in Vietnam. My 5 younger siblings and I had each other and we made the best of what we had. I’m truly grateful for all the life lessons my parents taught me and I understand the sacrifices they made, now that I’m a parent.

Thank you, mom and dad. Please know that you’re appreciated and you’re my biggest inspiration. I love you!

We are expecting the Fed to hike interest rates at least 3 times this year. This directly affects credit card interest rates, bank savings interest, Home Equity Line of Credits (HELOC), and auto loan rates. It will will also have an indirect affect on mortgage loans.

Mortgage rates may even rise absent any Fed moves. That’s been especially evident at the start of 2022, when mortgage rates jumped to pre-pandemic highs as inflation soars and the expectation that the Fed will raise rates this year.

Starting April 1st, the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) will be increasing the fees for high balanced mortgage loans ($647,200-$970,800) that are backed by Fannie Mac and Freddie Mac.
This could also affect your purchasing power.

2021 Housing Market Year in Review.

Last year, we experienced the lowest inventory of homes for sale, ever! With a combination of rates at an all-time low and a shortage in inventory, home values have continued to increase. Also, investors are buying second homes for cash flow and building equity, while taking advantage of the low interest rates.

CONGRATULATIONS to my clients who bought their first home! We had a lot of highs and some lows, but the journey and experience was well worth it!

A couple years ago, we talked about the opportunity to work together and finding a house to raise their kids in.
