Rooks County Holdings, LLC was created to provide quality housing in Western Kansas in 2013 after identifying shortages in apartment housing in many towns/cities. Over the next year, the company has purchased single family houses, 3 apartment buildings, and 2 motels; all properties were remodeled/re-positioned and now have very low vacancies and significantly increased revenue.

It’s been awhile since we’ve posted progress pics of the Ravine. We will be releasing third building consisting of 11 studio apartments mid-February and we have commenced construction on the final building consisting of 9 2BR units and a tiki bar!!

We haven't posted progress photos of The Ravine project lately. The 25 unit bldg that was completed last fall is getting a new roof. The other 12 unit bldg is also getting a new roof with the first batch of units ready to be occupied on June 1st.
