I have had an interest in real estate since I was in Hi school when my mother was selling
and am finally able to experience the satisfaction she must have gained from the experience
of putting people together wither their dream home or helping people sell theirs and be
able to move on with their dreams. I grew up in Los Angeles and moved to Stockton in1982 when my dad was transferred. I graduated
from Lincoln Hi and went on to San Joaquin Delta College to receive my AA
degree in Automotive technology and then continued night school studying business,
marketing and computer science. In 1982 we built our home in Valley Springs and commuted to Stockton for work. We
have watched Valley Springs grow into what it is today
I worked as a mechanic until opening a successful automotive repair shop in 1990 where
I worked side by side with my wife for 15 years. Our shop Chris' Automotive Repair
Service was one of only two shops in Stockton certified by the State. While operating my business I realized the need for
advanced training in our field and worked with Delta College to establish the Automotive
Apprenticeship program, I also worked with Beaver Creek Hi School to get their
automotive program certified and Stockton Unified "From School To Career Program" to
the get vocational training in the hi Schools. I was president of the local Automotive Service Counsel chapter and Vice President of
the California Automotive and Service Station Association where I lobbied before the
Calif Senate Transportation Committee, Smog Inspection and Maintenance Review
Committee, Bureau of Automotive Repair and Air Resources Board on behalf of the
Smog Test And Repair Stations. We sold the shop in 2005 and opened a video game store in Lodi until 2009 when we . Unable to sit still I decided to follow my dream and sell real estate and began my
new career earlier this year. I started with another broker and had sales right away but
found that there were far better opportunities with Keller Williams Realtors with their
support and marketing and made the move the 18t of December. I have 4 children and 9 grand children That all live in the Stockton area ages ranging
from 5 to 26 years old. My favorite times of the year are when the whole family gets
together at our house for pot luck and games. hobbies include building and repairing street rods, hot rod tours, and volunteering
at the Calaveras County animal shelter walking and training the larger dogs preparing
them for their forever home. I find it hard not to take the them all home but find real
satisfaction knowing that I helped them find someone that will enjoy their companionship
and loyalty.
