Coming from a local family with a General Contractor as a father and a realtor as a mother, he has been embedded in the central valley real estate scape since birth. As a young boy he attended local schools on the weekdays while visiting open houses on the weekend. After graduating from Lincoln High he then moved on to San Joaquin Delta College for two years until he transferred to the University
of San Diego. Graduating in 1997 with a BA in Political science and did a small stint working for Governor Pete Wilson. But his love for building and real estate led him to a job as a construction manager for Walt Disney Imagineering. From there he went on to work in the commercial construction arena for a 4 years till he returned to Stockton and became a general contractor himself. He rejoined the community and began his efforts to further improve the landscape of Central Valley by building new homes, rehabbing older homes and remodeling the houses throughout the area. After fifteen years in the construction end of the business, Dan got his real estate broker’s license in September 2012 and l takes great pride in helping people obtain their life long dreams of home ownership. Living and building through some of the Valley’s most major market swings over the years he has an in depth knowledge of the area and the worth of homes in and around Stockton.
