Some people are the face of a business. Others are the reason it all works behind the scenes. ❤️

For Kearns Nardone Realty, that person is Vanessa.

Today is her birthday, and I couldn't let the day pass without taking a moment to recognize someone who means so much to me personally and who is such an important part of everything we do at Kearns Nardone Realty.

Vanessa is not only my cousin, she is my right hand, the backbone of our brokerage, and truly the heartbeat of Kearns Nardone Realty.

She is quiet and reserved and will probably hate all of this attention—which is exactly why I want to give it to her. She never looks for recognition or needs to be in the spotlight. She simply shows up every day with kindness, honesty, loyalty and a genuine desire to help everyone around her.

She handles the details that no one sees. She builds relationships with our clients, keeps transactions and people on track, supports our Realtors, solves problems before they become problems, and somehow manages to make everything come together.

I know that any success I have had didn't happen because of me alone. Successful people don't get where they are without someone behind the scenes believing in them, supporting them and helping carry the weight. Vanessa has been that person for me and for Kearns Nardone Realty.

There are a million little things she does every day that most people will never know about, but I do. And I know how incredibly lucky I am to have someone I trust completely standing beside me—not only in business, but in life.

Vanessa, you may never fully realize how important you are to this brokerage and to all of us, but Kearns Nardone Realty simply would not be what it is without you.
