❤️ This one left us a little emotional.
Helping a wonderful Stoneham family prepare for their move back to their roots in New Zealand 🇳🇿 was about so much more than selling a home.
Over the past several months, we spent a lot of time with Angelika and her family as they prepared their beloved home for the market. Together, we completed a thoughtful refresh that included interior and exterior improvements, painting, floor refinishing, new light fixtures, power washing, a bathroom refresh, and beautiful staging that highlighted the home's farmhouse charm and character. ✨🏡
So many people walked through the doors and fell in love with this home. We did too.
But it was never just about the house. It was about the family who gave it life, warmth, and countless memories. We loved getting to know Angelika, hearing pieces of her story, and witnessing the care and dedication she poured into her home. We also had the pleasure of meeting her family and their sweet dog, Blossom 🐾.
The open houses were busy, the response was incredible, and we received some fantastic offers. We were thrilled to see excited buyers ready to make this their own and enjoy the backyard oasis and pool just in time for summer ☀️🏊♀️.
Then it was time for their next adventure.
Off to New Zealand they went to reconnect with family and begin a beautiful new chapter. 🌏❤️
