The Island Agency Vacation Rentals Vacation rental services for homeowners and vacationers on the coast of Maine! You’ll find that our property managers are friendly, responsive and HELPFUL!

Island Accommodations at The Island Agency is a vacation rental company based out of Stonington Maine, managing private oceanfront, ocean view and quiet getaway homes and cottages on the Blue Hill Peninsula, specializing in Deer Isle and Stonington properties. Our business philosophy is based on personal connections with homeowners and tenants, something that we feel is an essential part of doing business in our local communities. At The Island Agency you will find friendly hard working natives of the area who are proud of our fishing community and want to share this special part of the world with our guests. We are willing to meet you in person, discuss options over the phone or converse via email… whichever is most convenient for you.

As the summer rush slows, we’re happy to share a snapshot of what we’ve been up to. Prepping these spaces to welcome guests is no small feat. We’re so thankful to all the local plumbers, dependable and thoughtful cleaners, electricians and general tradespeople that help our business run as smoothly as possible. We still have fall openings - contact us to help you find the perfect spot! Happy Labor Day!
