I cannot say enough good things about Andrew Malguarnera at Brookhaven Expediters in Port Jefferson, New York. Andrew went well above and beyond what anyone could reasonably expect to help us obtain our Certificates of Occupancy for our pool, generator, and propane tank.

Throughout the entire process, he was knowledgeable, responsive, and persistent. He took the time to navigate the complexities of the permitting process, kept us informed every step of the way, and worked tirelessly to make sure everything was completed correctly.
