Some listings teach you that real estate is less about speed and more about patience, persistence, and resilience.

I first connected with this seller through a cold call nearly two years ago. I left a voicemail not knowing if I’d ever hear back and about a year later, he finally returned my call. That conversation eventually turned into the opportunity to represent this property.

This home has been on the market since pre construction and because of its unique style and price point, it catered to a very niche buyer pool. There were definitely moments where it would’ve been easy to get discouraged, but real estate constantly reminds me that timing is everything.
