Over in Canton? It’s a similar story. Canton continues to ride the Norfolk County wave, where average sale prices are hovering around $710K-$735K and inventory is sitting at a tight 1.5-1.8 months. That means buyers don’t have a ton of options — and sellers are in a really strong spot right now.
